Returns and Cancellations

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase if a printed or digital receipt is provided. Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed condition unless return is due to a malfunction. Customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, and the shipping fee charged at the time of the sale will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • The cancellation window is 15 minutes for domestic shipments.
  • The return window is 30 days, Starting from to Delivery of last item in order, so that customers can return their order after the final item is delivered. The window is Extended to account for weekends or holidays, so that if the last day of the return window lands on a weekend or holiday, the window extends to the next business day.
  • For EU customers: Return and cancel requests allow customers to submit both return and cancellation requests, in accordance with EU withdrawal requirements.  The cancellation window for international shipments is Until item is fulfilled.
